Suddenly Single

This is a women's group for individuals that have found themselves divorced or seperated. When this happens there can be a wide range a feelings. These may include feelings of hurt, sadness, anxiety, grief, loss, shame, and betrayal. In my case it was sudden and unexpected, i felt betrayal and anger which has shifted to feeling relief and now freedom. This groups goal is to help each other through this life transition.
