Sudden Loss Grief Group

Death without forewarning can devastate your world, disturb your sense of safety, and intensify the normal grief process. This weekly virtual group will facilitate connection, healing and support for those who have recently experienced a sudden or unexpected death. The nature of these deaths are often accidents, suicides, homicides, overdoses, and sudden medical events. This includes a loss of anyone significant or close to you in the last year.
