Substance Use Intensive Outpatient Program

Our IOP provides structured treatment for substance use disorder while allowing individuals to maintain daily responsibilities. Using evidence-based approaches like Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), participants learn skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The program supports ongoing recovery by addressing triggers, coping strategies, and urges, while integrating relapse-prevention skills to help chart a healthier path forward.
