Recovery is a struggle and meeting once a week is frequently not enough. The Valor Lakes intensive outpatient program provides over 10 hours of group therapy in addition to your individual session each week. We utilize the Seeking Safety and Living in Balance evidence based curriculums along with experiential and creative activities to support your healing journey. Combining fun with therapeutic techniques keeps our groups lively and productive. When you reach out we will walk you through a prescreening and answer any questions you have.
