I provide a 16-week substance abuse recovery group. The focus is on learning about the brain chemistry elements of addiction and how to help your brain recover. It is an educational and skill-building group, not a "process group" where you focus on your story or history of addictive behaviors. Refunds are available if you are not completely satisfied with the group.
