Structured Life Review
This Structured Life Review group is now being offered as an individual process that guides people in reflecting on their lives from early childhood to the present. This time limited approach of 10 sessions (55 minutes per session) allows individuals to learn from past experiences, settle unresolved issues, and ultimately achieve a state of life acceptance. Join us for a enjoyable journey into deep relaxation. A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves produced by singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments. These vibrations help to release stagnant energy and calm your nervous system, promoting a profound sense of peace and relaxation. Think of it as a massage for your nervous system.
