Strong Ties (Family Support Group)

Blue Valley Behavioral Health (Lincoln office) is offering a free support group for spouses, siblings, children (age 18 and up), family members, friends and significant others who are involved with someone dealing with a mental illness. The group, called Strong Ties, is led by mental health providers aimed at creating a supportive environment for people to share their similar circumstances and learn about helping their loved ones with mental illness. This support group will be provided every Wednesday from 6-7:30pm.
