Social Anxiety Therapy Group for Middle Schoolers
Group will last 8 sessions. The group is open to youth (13-17 year olds). Social anxiety/phobia includes feeling very nervous in social situations, having difficulty making new friendships and/or struggling with social skills and sometimes intense symptoms such as excessive worry, constant fear of judgement, avoidance of social situations, and panic attacks. A diagnosis is not necessary to join the group. Individual consultation required prior to joining.
