This group focuses on strength-based interventions to assist people under chronic stressors to remember their own strengths and to compassionately care for themselves. Admission is rolling on a trimester schedule and will include 1 individual goal setting session prior to joining the group. We take insurance and can accomodate sliding scale for cash pay. This group is 100% virtual.
Stress Management for PTSD
For those individuals already working with a primary therapist with primary focus on managing symptoms of PTSD. This open group provides psychoeducation, support and experiential techniques aimed at symptom reduction. The group has rolling admission on a trimester schedule and will include 1 individual session prior to joining the group for setting treatment goals and expectations. This group is 100% virtual.
