Skill development, psycho-educational and support model for ongoing treatment of eating disorders using FLIHH's designed COPER Model. Included in group registration is the COPER Model Workbook. Fueling for movement and athletes-- Nutrition education and support group. Body Image and nutrition-- Healing and fueling psychoed and support group. Groups available to all ages and genders.
