It’s ideal for those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. Whether clients seek abstinence, harm reduction, or are uncertain about change, the group offers a supportive environment. We focus on the deeper causes of harmful coping strategies and help members develop healthier ways to manage life’s challenges.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy explores the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Members will work towards enhancing awareness of negative thoughts and beliefs in addition to identifying and achieving behavioral goals. Through discussions, learning new concepts/skills, completing worksheets, and role-playing/practicing, members will learn to challenge and replace unhelpful thinking styles and beliefs. Cognitive and behavioral changes lead to emotional growth and healing.
