Strength in Story — A survivor Processing Group

This is a virtual 6-week therapy group that offers a space for survivors of sexual assault to process trauma experiences in a supportive, affirming, and therapist-guided environment. We recognize that survivors carry diverse identities and experiences — including within the LGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities — and that healing looks different for everyone. The group will focus on sharing stories, exploring emotional impact, and rebuilding connection with self and others. All participation is opt-in; sharing at your own pace will be respected.

Intimacy Virtual Workshop
Intimacy is an often misunderstood term — many of us were taught that intimacy looks like physical closeness or romantic connection. However, true intimacy is so much broader and more diverse than what we have learned. What will be discussed: What is intimacy, and what it is not. All of the different forms intimacy can take. How identity, culture, trauma, and personal history shape our experience of closeness. Through a mix of gentle education, guided reflection, and group sharing (which will be optional), you will have the opportunity to define and connect with your definition of intimacy– and to let go of old intimacy myths.
