Is your teen struggling with a vaping addiction? This six week group will provide scientifically accurate information and proven techniques to quickly break their habit, find better coping skills, and lay a strong foundation for a healthier life. Specific topics include: Understanding the "vaping scam" and its real health consequences, The stages of change, Healthier alternatives for coping with stress. How to stand up to peer pressure, and Emotional support. Future sessions will be held, please inquire for more information. For teens 13-18

Young Adults on the Spectrum
A group for young adults 18-30 with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis, especially those who are struggling to transition into college or the workforce. It meets every Friday at 12 pm. Admissions are rolling, and cost per session is $75. Please contact our office to learn more!
