Step Parenting Support Group (bi-weekly, virtual)
This group will provide a supportive space for those in step parenting roles to gather for support and to process worries, struggles, and hopes. ?It can be incredibly fulfilling and deeply complicated to assume the role of step parent. It is easy to become overwhelmed and insecure with so many expectations, wounds, and nuanced relationship dynamics to navigate. Using her years as a child and family therapist, Jessi will provide both support and practical tips to empower participants to create the step parenting relationship that will work best for their family system.

After The Storm
THIS GROUP IS FULL. This group provides a supportive space for women who are recently out of a long-term marriage or relationship that was unfulfilling, limiting, or wounding. In this group we will practice honoring the pain as a way of releasing its hold on us. We will process the difficult relational dynamics we experienced and explore the limiting narratives we have believed about ourselves. We will practice finding and using our voices to help each other reclaim who we are and empower each other to boldly build the lives we want.
