This group meets weekly Monday from 6pm - 7:30pm. September 30th - Monday November 11th. This 10-week group is designed for the middle school student who needs support and guidance with topics such as anxiety, depression, mood, adjusting to the school year, managing expectations, relationships, using technology effectively, bullying, and overall transitioning back to school. Group members will learn executive functioning skills, time management, coping skills, mindfulness practices and more. Group will cap at 14 students. Cost is $40/session. Payment plans available.

LCSW Group Supervision - Open Group
We will be providing group supervision for LCSW supervisee's in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is a open group, meets in person the third Saturday of the month, snacks will be provided. The time will consist of topic discussions around intervention, professional development, and sharping skills.
