Spotted Rabbit Adult Art Night - 18+
This monthly class offers adults opportunities to engage in creative self-expression and connect with others who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or just don’t feel like they fit in. Participants are free to follow along with the month’s project, or use materials to make something all their own. In addition to learning technical skills, art making provides unique opportunities to develop and strengthen a wide variety of executive functioning skills. D&D Adventures - for tweens, teens & adults
Spotted Rabbit groups and classes are specifically developed to help youth and adults navigate life challenges in a fun and engaging small-group environment. Dungeons and Dragons game play with a licensed therapist as the DM provides participants opportunities to explore their identity, practice new ways of interacting, and improve executive function skills; all through the protective mask of their character. This once a month class offers kids ages 7-11 ample opportunity to engage in creative self-expression and connect with others who are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or just don’t feel like they fit in. In addition to learning technical skills, art making provides unique opportunities for youth to develop and strengthen a wide variety of executive functioning skills. Many kids this age struggle with emotion regulation, independence, and peer relationships and our groups are specifically developed to help youth navigate these challenges in a fun and engaging small-group environment.
