Spiritually Grounded Parent Coaching
This spiritually grounded coaching group for parents coaches parents to think, act and react through the Fruit of the Spirit. The Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness and self-control. Additionally, this group exposes parents to coping mechanisms, behavior modification techniques and provides a supportive environment where parents can learn from each other through sharing their successes and obstacles in parenting. The group meets remotely once per week for 60 minutes per session for a cycle of 15 consecutive weeks.

This group helps survivors of toxic relationships regain self-control of their free will through re-aligning their thoughts, actions and reactions with the Fruits of the Holy Spirit-Love, Joy, Peace, Perseverance, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Meekness and Self-Control. In addition, this group provides psycho-education about betrayal trauma and strategies to deal with individuals with narcissistic traits. This group is run remotely via Zoom on a weekly basis.

This group focuses on immersing the members of the group in Fruit of the Spirit (Love, Joy, Peace, Perseverance, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Meekness and Self-Control). This group hopes to encourage its membership to seek first these beliefs to guide their thoughts, actions and reactions. Group members will engage in weekly discussions, meditations and reflections about the Fruit of the Spirit. This spiritually grounded group could be helpful to address many issues.
