Yell it Out STL
Struggling with stress? Yell It Out STL is an open process therapy group meeting at Tower Grove Park. This unique community circle offers a judgment-free space for anyone needing to release pent-up frustration, grief, or daily anxiety. There are no strict criteria to join. If you have something to yell about in your life, you belong here. The group combines traditional verbal processing with raw, therapeutic vocal release. Participants share their personal burdens and safely let out cathartic screams into the open air. It is a powerful, unconventional way to heal alongside a supportive local community.
