Southern California Peer OCD Consultation Group
Since 2019, I have been facilitating a consultation group for OCD clinicians located in SoCal. The group is free of charge. The purpose of the group is for networking with other clinicians that treat OCD and to engage in case consultation with peers. Group typically takes place the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month. If you are a clinician, treating OCD with ERP/ACT and would like to participate in the consultation group, please email me.

Virtual and In Person Adult OCD Support Group

Free support groups for adults (18+) who have been diagnosed with OCD. 3 Options for Support Groups: Virtual group open to anyone in California-takes place the 1st Tuesday of the month from 6-730pm. In person support groups offered in 2 locations: Hillcrest and Encinitas. In person support groups taking place the 3rd Monday of the month from 6-730pm.

OCD and Self-Compassion Therapy Group
WHO: OCD Specialist, Sue Chudy, LCSW, will lead adults living with OCD in CA, IL or OH, through an 8 week therapy group focused on self-compassion via Zoom/telehealth. OBJECTIVES: Understanding self-compassion. Learn to practice self-compassion, fully. Practicing self-compassionate and justice based ERP. Improve emotional resilience. reinforce skills learned in individual therapy. Create support with others also struggling with Self-compassion and OCD. Learn long-term, self-compassion practices. . Group meets for 8 consecutive weeks. $55/session with an 8 week commitment. Capped at 7 participants.
