Join us every Monday at 6pm for a group meditation class for queer, trans, and gender expansive people. Each week we will explore different meditation techniques and practice coming home to our bodies. For many of us, we have been disconnected form our bodies and have not felt safe within them. This weekly practice helps us shift the relationship we have with our body as we work on coming home to it. Open to all experience levels! All we ask is you come with an open heart, an open mind and a willingness to learn. Register in advance online.

An in-person group for adults that identify as transgender and/or gender-expansive focused on building community and expanding resilience skills through an experiential and process-oriented space. The aim of the group is for participants to engage in community building while expanding their resilience skills in a supportive and affirming space. The group is both process and experiential in nature.
