Join Our Kid’s Art Therapy Group! Is your child looking for a fun and supportive environment to express their feelings and creativity? Our Kid’s Art Therapy Group offers a safe space for children to explore art, build confidence, and develop coping skills while having fun with friends! . For ages 9-11. Teen Art therapy Groups (14-17)
Navigating high school can be tough. This group provides a safe, non-judgmental space for teen girls (ages 14-17) to express themselves, build resilience, and connect with peers. Through therapeutic artmaking, journaling, and discussion, we explore topics like anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and managing stress. ? Focus: Coping skills, self-esteem, social relationships, identity, and managing stress/anxiety.
