This is a small group women's retreat at Camp Olowalu in Maui held in October every year. The focus is on empowering retreatants to deepen their spirituality and accessing inner resources, balanced with the deeply physical experience of learning (lessons included) or practicing surfing. DBT Skills Training for substance misuse
Tuesdays 6-7::15pm starting March 18, 2025 This is an online 8 week skills training class. This will work well for anyone already working on sobriety, needing help managing emotions and relationships as they are doing the work of changing their lives. This is a class, not therapy, and so insurance will not pay for it. I am happy to accept HSA, Venmo, credit card. Please reach out with any questions!
