Soul Care for Shepherds

Soul Care for Shepherds is a confidential cohort experience designed specifically for pastors and ministry leaders navigating burnout, emotional exhaustion, leadership pressure, relational strain, and the emotional weight of caring for others. These 8-week virtual cohorts combine guided discussion, teaching, and interpersonal process work in a safe and supportive environment with other ministry leaders who understand the unique realities of shepherding others. Cohorts meet bi-weekly for 90 minutes and focus on sustainable emotional, relational, and spiritual health. Topics include ministry burnout, identity and authenticity, marriage and ministry, and long-term sustainable leadership rhythms. Screening required prior to acceptance.
