Sons to Fathers Group

This group is for men to explore how their childhood and relationship with emotions impact the transition to fatherhood, and how fatherhood affects our inner Self. Culture, masculinity, and trauma are often recurring themes. This is a strength- and wellness-oriented group. Confidentiality from all members is expected. The start date is TBD based on roster development of a minimum 6 participants. A preliminary 12 week commitment is required. A screening process with me to assess fit is required also.
