Somatic Process Group

This ten-week somatic process group helps you tune into your body's wisdom to find lasting balance. We’ll practice balancing attention on yourself and others at the same time, using somatic inquiry to notice your physical and emotional responses in the moment. In a safe group setting, we’ll work with real-time interactions and group feedback to help you co-regulate your nervous system and work through old patterns. The goal is a deeper awareness of your own process and how it connects with others, helping you find greater calm and connection.

My Other Groups
Women's Group (Chinese-speaking, online)
We come together to explore our life's purpose, aligning our work with our values, setting boundaries, and navigating relationships with parents, partners, and children. Through candid conversations and feedback, we gain self-awareness and develop new ways of interacting. We can practice saying "no" instead of sacrificing ourselves, acknowledging uncomfortable feelings instead of feeling pressured to speak, taking initiative instead of waiting for someone else to act, and expressing ourselves directly instead of prioritizing politeness. By exploring alternative ways of relating, we can develop healthier relationships. We discover that we're not alone and we can find strengths, compassion, and connection with one another.

Somatic Supervision for Therapists
This biweekly supervision group for therapists--both new and experienced to somatics--is designed to deepen your understanding and integration of somatic practices. We explore how to bring our own embodied experiences into the therapeutic work. The group combines case consultation, experiential learning, and peer support to help you tailor traditional approaches with somatic wisdom. You will enhance your therapeutic presence and gain a deeper, more embodied understanding of your clients’ relational experiences.
