Hello! This group is for clients and clinicians alike. This will be part educational-part experiential. The intention is to provide insight into questions like 1) why can I never calm down? 2) why do I feel worse sometimes when I use my coping skills? 3) what does trauma processing really mean or look like? This group is for anyone who seeks to expand how they view the nervous system, and hopefully experience new and better ways to come back into rest and balance. No previous experience required. Completely inclusive spaces for all ages. Exact time and location to come.

"The New Masculinity" A Men's Group
This is a group for male identifying and/ore presenting individuals. This is a safe, inclusive space for males to 1) experience community 2) build connections 3) discuss topics related to toxic masculinity/breaking down barriers to receiving care and 4) Just not feel so alone! This group will be maxed at 8 individuals so as to maintain group quality and intimacy. Our first date is June 2025

This group is being formed out of the crisis we are facing. This group is for those who know that fascism is here and will get worse before better. This group is for those who feel called to spread love like crazy. You're terrified of your children's future or your own, you can't get through the day without shutting down or staying in rage, you need community. If you feel called to 1) Learn skills to soothe yourself so 2) you can start spreading love like hell. This group is for you. I have the instruction manual.
