Solution Based Recovery
This is a 15-week recovery group using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tools & skills. It is for anyone working toward recovery from substances, mental health, and/or problematic behaviors. We consider recovery a broad term that incorporates lifestyle changes targeting specific behaviors that impede healthy living. In SBR, we view recovery as individualized. We want to help each participant build a recovery that works for them. MUST call or email first to discuss joining! These groups CAN potentially count for legal requirements/recommendations (please confirm). We accept insurance, self-pay, & sometimes vouchers (i.e., probation).

Senior Outpatient Therapy Groups
Senior outpatient program is a level of care that falls between outpatient and intensive outpatient. We offer 3 counseling groups per day, 3 days per week, with transportation offered as an option when necessary, based on location. Patients work with their counselor to decide frequency of groups per week. This program is generally geared toward seniors 65+, though we have members outside this demographic as well. Groups are for individuals with mental health and/or substance use struggles, and are led by licensed therapists and include various interventions related to CBT, DBT, mindfulness, grief work, art/music therapy, and more.
