We specialize in depression & anxiety, eating dIsorders, alcohol issues or opioid problems, using natural techniques when possible, short CBT/DBT sessions, plus psychopharmacology or Suboxone as needed. We prescribe safe medications that make it easier to avoid binge eating or alcohol overuse or opioid misuse. We know that the 12 step all-or-nothing approach is not for everyone, so we support harm reduction or abstinence or the Sinclair approach. We avoid anti-depressants w side effects—such as weight gain or sexual dysfunction— and teach natural methods to minimize habit forming anti-anxiety meds.
