soft gaze: relational eco-somatic group therapy

Let's gather by the shore for 6 weeks of embodied noticing. In these weekly, 2-hour, small group sessions, we will foster relationship and reciprocity through both group and solo time with nature. There will be guided somatic practices for connecting with our bodies, each other, and nature as well as self-led reflection and integration time. All participants will have access to a small tool library which will include binoculars, macro-lenses, books, and art supplies.
