Social Therapy
If you are interested in group, please email me to set up a time to talk. My groups are for anyone who wants to learn how to creatively build relationships - including with people who are outside their comfort zone. When we build with people outside our comfort zone we grow emotionally and enrich our lives. In group, we focus on listening and responding carefully to each other. Before coming into group, you and I will have a few individual sessions to get to know each other. We will shape how group might help - what issues you might bring to the group to work on.

This is a small group. We welcome new members. The group is continuously developing how they work together: It is my belief that for individuals to get help in groups, they need to create an environment in which the members speak thoughtfully and listen attentively with each other. In this way, they learn how to build relationships with others. I believe that many personal problems - anxieties, depression - are solved when we get better at relationship building.
