Social Support and Coping for Adults with Autism

They/Them/Theirs


Starting September 2022. This is an 8 week group for adults in their 20's and 30's with Autism to discuss ways to help process and cope with the reality of living with Neuro-differences in a world that is not always understanding and supportive. Groups will focus on discussing any current struggles and difficulties, finding support in others who can understand, exploring social situations and topics that are confusing, and working on coping strategies and skills for managing emotions. Insurance is accepted when possible. Initial intake/screening is required.
