Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
This DBT skills group teaches evidence based skills that will help you increase your distress tolerance, improve relationships, and better regulate your emotions to build a life worth living. Each group is two hours long (with a 15 minute break), and is designed to help group members learn and generalize skills use into their daily lives. We have both in person and virtual groups available. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about the class.

DBT group for teens
DBT for teens is an evidence-based treatment which helps with suicidal ideation, anger outbursts, self-harm, anxiety, impulsivity, strained parent/child relationships, and so much more! In a DBT group, teens learn mindfulness skills, distress tolerance skills, emotion regulation skills, and interpersonal/family effectiveness skills. We also offer a group for parents whose teens are in DBT to help parents learn how to effectively support their teenager who may be struggling! Groups are on Tuesdays at 4pm and last 1 hour.
