Hear Me Roar: Teen Girls’ Confidence Group
Hear Me Roar is an all-girls therapy group for adolescents ages 13–16 who identify as female. This supportive, clinician-led group helps teens build confidence and resilience while strengthening self-image and self-esteem. Using evidence-based group therapy and skills coaching (CBT-informed tools, healthy coping strategies, and peer support), participants explore the impact of social media, comparison, and peer pressure. Teens practice boundaries, communication, and self-advocacy to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, and develop a stronger sense of self—both online and in everyday life.
