This group is designed for those ages 6-19 on the autism spectrum. Join us for practice of social skills in real life settings. Participants will have a chance to connect with one another over various activities including: Birthday celebrations (Each month a birthday celebration to practice interpersonal skills), Arts and crafts (pumpkin carving or DIY ornaments), and more!

Virtual Adult Autism Support Group
This weekly virtual support group is designed to help autistic individuals connect with other adults on the autism spectrum. Each session includes a combination of psychoeducation (covering topics like sensory regulation, communication styles, masking, and executive functioning) and counselor-led processing time (where group members can share their experiences and support one another in a safe, affirming space). Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, this group offers a place to explore your identity, build connection, and grow in self-awareness with others who get it. An official diagnosis is required.

HER: Women's Group
Healing. Empowerment. Resilience. The Well will be launching HER in July 2026. HER is a supportive space for women to come together and process a variety of women’s issues. This group offers a safe, confidential environment to share experiences, explore challenges, and gain insight and support from others who understand. Whether you’re navigating personal, professional, or emotional concerns, HER provides connection, reflection, and encouragement for every stage of life. Led by Lacie Lindsay.
