For all struggling with social anxiety to come together and connect with others having similar life experiences. Meetings provide a place to share struggles & successes with others excited to hear about both. It is a place of vulnerability & encouragement, so that true connections can be made & lasting relationships fostered. This will be a resource that provides an escape from your every day so you can be rejuvinated and refueled with confidence needed to return to life. This is not a place for shame or victimhood. We know mental health issues have a stigma but that mindset is not shared here.
