Sober Train is group therapy for musicians who want to choose a sober life. Facilitated by psychotherapist and lifelong music industry professional Odelia Powell, the group works towards resolving underlying issues that have contributed to unhealthy substance use. The goal of the group is to help participants stay connected with their professional and artistic endeavors, while strengthening their personal and social lives.
