Sober Today- A Recovery Support Group

Recovery often encompasses more than just ‘putting down’ the substances, it is about uncovering and acknowledging some of the driving factors to use. This can range from things like stress, family issues, or loneliness to depression, anxiety, or trauma, among many others. This group seeks to give young adults an opportunity to share their experiences with like minded people, discuss the challenges of becoming and staying sober, and to receive support in navigating recovery.
