A group event sponsored by our office, Paths To Recovery Mental Health Counseling. Mindful, moderate, or sober, a safe space to explore your relationship with alcohol without parameters of labels. Inclusive to all paths to recovery and wellness, join a group of like minded individuals for a uniquely engaging approach to increase motivation toward your identified change. Explore patterns of thought that no-longer serve you, meet other liked minded individuals, and challenge old patterns of thought with event themed meetings.

Anxiety Treatment & Support group
Small 8-10 person anxiety treatment and support group offered via zoom every Wednesday at 1:00 starting 11/2/20. Structured curriculum with 11 sessions. Not required to receive individual therapy at this office. Referrals from other clinicians welcomed. Curriculum to be announced or available by request. Please note: this group is offered by Cody Bowser, LMHC. $25 per group.

A collaborative treatment and support group for those living with obsessive compulsive disorder. Creating the opportunity to build connections for sustained wellness while reducing isolation. Join this small in person group in Baldwinsville to gain insight into maladaptive patterns of thought, learn methods of coping, and meet like minded individuals learning to manage this disorder. If unable to attend in person, please inquire about ability to attend virtually.
