Smart Recovery Support Groups; Bellevue and Seattl
It's a non-12-step group which is very supportive. People talk to each other and give suggestions to others in the group. We cheek in and then work on cognitive Behavioral tools like a cost/benefit analysis sheet. The groups are free and there are two meetings in Seattle and two in Bellevue.
