SMART Recovery | Family & Friends

Supporting someone with addiction can feel exhausting, confusing, and isolating. This group is for friends, family members, and partners. Whether your loved one is currently using or has struggled in the past, you are welcome here. Using SMART Recovery Friends & Family tools, we focus on managing stress, setting boundaries, and responding more effectively to difficult situations. This is a space to step out of crisis mode and build a more sustainable way of coping. The group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month.
