You may have even spent years in talk therapy, gained a lot of insight but have hit a plateau and may be wondering if you’re not meant to fully heal or if therapy actually works. It is possible to deeply heal - you just need an approach that supports your life's history and how it's stored in your body.
It's possible for you to feel at ease with yourself, your life and in relationships with others. This does not mean forgetting what’s happened but that the stress and triggers gently soften and release from your body- for good. You are then fully available for your life and all that matters to you, stronger for what you've been through.
I specialize in acute and chronic stress and trauma. I weave Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, NARM and Brainspotting together to best support where you want to go in life. I bring an unwavering empathy, a sense of humor, dynamic creativity and a strong commitment to continuing education to my work. Trauma is a fact of life but it does not have to rule our lives.
