Skill Builder 1st-2nd Grade Co-ed
This spring, Skill Builders is offering a fun and supportive 19-week therapy group created for early elementary students. Through play, movement, stories, and guided activities, group members will learn important skills like understanding feelings, calming their bodies, making friends, sharing, problem-solving, and building confidence. Using Social Learning Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will practice noticing our thoughts, learning from others, making safe choices, and building healthy friendships!

Skill Crafters 3rd-5th Grade Co-ed
This spring 2026, Skills Crafters is offering a 19-week therapy group designed to help children build essential social skills and confidence. Using Social Learning Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), through discussion and activities we will practice managing impulses, communicating effectively, regulating emotions, solving social problems, and working as a team!

The Guild High School Edition
High school can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to friends, fitting in, or just feeling like yourself. If you’ve ever felt out of sync with the people around you, you’re not the only one. The Guild is a fun, welcoming group where we build confidence in social situations, practice conversation skills, manage emotions, and explore self-identity and belonging. We are a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ friendly space designed to support teens who may feel out of sync socially and are looking for genuine connection.
