Need some support on coping skills and anxiety? We are in living in hard pandemic times. This is a 8 week course that starts It's on Anxiety & Coping Skills. We will have adults come together to support one another with one or two counselors to lead the groups. Limited to 4-6 people max in this group. preregistering is required at www.discovery502counseling.com Please email to make sure it taken place.
