6-week Singles Relationship Skills Group If you've experienced distress, resentment, frustration, fear, and anger- and then felt disconnected in a relationship - this is the group for you! We will meet virtually on Wednesday evenings for 6 weeks in a small group to learn about, practice, and get real-time coaching with successful communication in relationships. This will be a process group, which means you will have the opportunity to participate, and also observe others in one-on-one interactions.
