Sibling Loss for Younger Adults (25-35)

Losing a sibling at any age is a life-changing event, but there are specific challenges of sibling loss in young adulthood that can be particularly difficult to navigate. Feeling isolated from peers, a change in birth order identity, worrying about your grieving parents are just a few of the issues that often arise. This group aims to provide a place to process the death of a sibling and provide support and guidance around these challenges. This group is mixed gender, age range 25-35, and will meet virtually on Monday evenings starting June 1, 2026.
