Shame Resilience Group For Women

Shame is a common and painful emotional experience and is strongly associated with a host of psychological disorders; including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality and trauma-and-stress related disorders. This group will offer strategies in learning how to identify and respond to shame; understand its origins; help you build self-compassion and other coping strategies that help you meet your own individual needs and build a strong resilience against chronic shame. Due to the vulnerable nature of this group; it will consist of 6 women for 8-week duration. Cost: $400.00 for 8 weeks. ($50 per session) DATE TO BE DETERMINED
