Sexual Trauma Support Group

This virtual 8-week psychoeducational group will provide a confidential, safe space for adult women who have experienced sexual trauma. Throughout the course of the program, participants will focus on topics such as effects of trauma on the brain, self-blame, post-traumatic stress symptoms, and coping skills.
