Sexual Trauma Recovery Support Group

This group is about creating community support to reduce isolation and foster camaraderie and encouragement along the journey to healing. We share our experiences and reduce stigmas. This group also works on sexual trauma specific skills to reduce symptoms of PTSD. Members are supported in understanding what safety is needed for them to explore their sexuality and dating life, however those are for them. We balance the emotional intensity of this topic with play and laughter :) This group meets either all online or all in person. Reach out for a consultation call and to be put on the waitlist!
