Sexual Trauma Healing Group

This eight-week group offers a safe, supportive space for healing the impact of sexual trauma. Together we focus on restoring safety in the body and nervous system—an essential foundation for recovery. Using somatic practices grounded in Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, and psychodrama, participants are invited to explore their experiences through movement, creativity, and embodied awareness. The group setting provides connection, safety, and mutual support, while also encouraging spontaneity, resilience, and authentic self-expression.
