A restorative group for teens who've experienced sexual Shame, Violation, Harm, Abuse, Powerlessness, or Betrayal. A safe and confidential place to explore and process the impact of trauma and journey toward healing. Learn coping skills, receive whole-person care, and discover restoration. This is a faith-affirming group from a sensitive (non-judgmental, ok with spiritual struggles) Christian perspective. Currently taking interest for the next group. Sexual Trauma Restoration Group for Women
Sexual Trauma Restoration Group is for women who have experienced sexual betrayal, shame, or violation. This is an ONLINE group, which is best for those who have some grounding and are ready for restoration (not acute trauma). This group will incorporate spirituality, and is best for those who have some sense of spiritual belief in God/Higher Power, even if you are struggling with faith. We will start with strengthening & nature of trauma, then focus on the damage of sexual trauma & the process of restoration. Next group start: mid-January 2025.

Spiritual-Emotional Care group
This group is for women who are looking to understand and take care of their emotions from a faith-affirming (okay to have spiritual struggles and be honest) perspective. We will use the book The Cry of the Soul by Dan Allender to work through an understanding of emotions through the Psalms and processing at a deep level how to engage with our emotions honestly, with grace and love.
